TERM & CONDITION :

• All rates are net and quoted is US Dollars including 21% tax and service charge
• Prices apply only for orders via www.ayungriverrafting.net
• Full prepayment is required upon confirmation
• We accept all major credit cards, and will be charged converted into Indonesian Rupiah using currency on the day of transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

• If there is a cancellation after payment will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total cost
  *If there is a cancellation 3 days before the day of trip , a 50% cancellation fee will be charged from the
  total cost
• If there is a cancellation on day of the trip , a full cancellation fee will be charged.
• If there is a cancellation due to our mistake, the order can be changed to another day or the money
  will be fully refunded
• If there is a cancellation due to bad weather conditions, the trip can be done on another day or the
  money will be fully refunded.
